Betrayal

Dear Friends,
Well..................
Okay. Not only was the Son betrayed so was
the Daughter. Looking at Da Vinci's Last Supper this evening
I realize that it is Peter's hand that is holding the knife.
I was looking around for a thing in the thrift
shops when I came across a very old booklet on Forrest Lawn.
There was an amazing picture of Mother Mary on the front with
the babe and Angels singing about. Opening up I found the Last
Supper with all the names of the Apostles lining up with individual
people.
In looking at this closely I noticed Peter
with his hand across the neck of whom I call Magdalene and others
call John. Next I noticed the knife I had heard so much about
but had never really noticed. Well now I noticed. And how nobody
could or would trace the hand to Peter I have no clue. Well a
little clue is that no one knows this is the Magdalene figure
so why would Peter have a knife to John. We know why he would
have a knife to Magdalene though, don't we?
So, not only was the Son betrayed, the thought
came streaming in, but the Daughter as well. And Da Vinci shows
it plain and clear. He not only knew this secret but he as well
knew the secret of John the Baptist and Magdalene. It can be
seen in his other paintings and hermophrodite figures if one
so cares to interpret.
Unbelievable,
Dottie
p.s. Mike, if you have made it this far, I
can not find the Rembrandt sketch on the Last Supper inspired
by Da Vinci. I checked the archives but they keep coming up blank.
Something new. Can you direct me to this sketch when you have
time. Thanks and much love to you and yours.

Well I have been searching the net for a decent
picture that allows one to see the knife but I am having no luck.
I have found a restoration picture that I do not know how one
is going to say the John figure is not a female.

If one has a chance to see this hand with
the knife I believe from what I can tell, Peter, has his hand
positioned as if the knife was behind his back although Da Vinci
clearly has it in front for the whole world to see. Kind of like
'outing' Peter in a sense to what he thought was hidden: Da Vinci
makes it clear.
Now maybe I can sleep,
Dottie
